This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the chief architect of our commercial pricing strategy, developing pricing models for all Ventra Health business units.
• Execute advanced financial modeling to influence decision-making at the executive level.
• Collaborate directly with Ventra’s sales team, client success managers, business unit leaders, and financial executives.
• Design, construct, and sustain intricate pricing models for a private-equity backed healthcare B2B revenue cycle management organization.
• Perform scenario analysis to assess the potential effects of pricing adjustments and customer factors on revenue and profit margins.
• Continuously enhance Excel-based models while exploring opportunities for scalability and automation through the implementation of advanced tools.
• Serve as a strategic partner to business unit leaders and the sales team, supplying data-driven justifications for pricing recommendations and scenario analyses.
• A bachelor's degree in a quantitatively focused discipline is mandatory; suitable fields include mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, or related areas.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial finance, or management consulting; experience in healthcare revenue cycle management services or a B2B service-oriented environment is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex financial models, with a preference for those with pricing expertise and healthcare pricing (Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine).
• Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a quantitatively demanding environment, demonstrating the capability to perform at a rapid pace.
