This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to clarify client requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Aggregate extensive information to create data-driven observations, insights, strategic conclusions, and potential opportunities.
• Convert research findings into insights that inspire strategic communication and creative endeavors.
• Examine customer behavior across various channels and understand the role of brands in customer journeys.
• Cultivate relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts and integrate their knowledge into strategic recommendations.
• Formulate and communicate brand strategies, patient/caregiver/HCP journeys, multichannel plans, and ad hoc projects.
• Build expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, assigned brands, target audiences, and category trends.
• Link digital considerations to opportunities for business growth.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams on data-driven marketing, mobile, social, and marketing trends.
• Oversee the progression of strategies and behavioral insights through to creative execution.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing workshops.
• Manage multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
• Lead, influence, and negotiate across various disciplines to achieve desired results.
• Show a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Significant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare sector.
• At least 8 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, and related communications.
• Experience in an advertising agency is highly advantageous.
• In-depth understanding of digital channels.
• Familiarity with CRM and social media strategic disciplines.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital multichannel strategies for brands.
• Strong digital and analytical skills.
• Ability to think outside the box creatively.
• Proficient storytelling and persuasive presentation abilities.
• Capability to manage relationships effectively with influence rather than relying on positional authority.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and team success.
