Director, Strategic Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serving as the customer advocate at EVERSANA INTOUCH, the Planning Director functions as a strategic leader-practitioner for designated brands.

• Collaborate closely with account and creative teams to clarify client requirements and identify business opportunities.

• Employ robust analytical skills to swiftly synthesize extensive information, highlighting essential observations and insights.

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional subject matter experts.

• Formulate and communicate strategies that foster innovative outcomes, including brand strategies and patient journeys.

• Integrate digital elements into all business facets to promote growth opportunities.

• Guide strategies and behavioral insights through every phase of development up to creative execution.

• Facilitate workshops, both internally and/or with clients, to meet client objectives.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in planning, strategic planning, and related communication roles; experience in an advertising agency is highly beneficial.

• Profound understanding of digital channels and knowledge of the various roles and contributions from other strategic disciplines such as CRM and social media.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively; proven success in developing and implementing digital multichannel strategies for brands.

• Strong digital and analytical skills are essential.

• Effective storyteller and persuasive presenter.

• Capability to influence others at all levels, managing relationships both upwards and across teams.

• Comfortable working independently as well as within a team environment.

• Humble, dedicated individual with a relentless curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and team success.
