This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, Measure, and Enhance Unit Economics: Collaborate with Actuarial, Growth, and Operations teams to cultivate a detailed understanding of unit economics. You will establish and monitor multi-year cohort and plan-level perspectives, while prioritizing the optimization of unit costs and growth drivers.
• Lead Planning and Forecasting: Work alongside leadership, actuarial, and operational teams to create annual plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Propel the Business “Rhythm”: Collaborate with leadership to consistently review key reporting and initiative progress. Utilize the monthly close process to ensure alignment with the budget and maintain thorough scrutiny of ROI for all operational activities. Most critically, you will ensure that insights translate into actionable steps.
• Assess Strategic Projects: Evaluate the value of significant programs. Once capital is allocated, you will monitor these initiatives to guarantee they deliver the expected value.
• Financial Expertise: You possess over 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within healthcare, payer, or insurance sectors.
• Industry Knowledge: You have extensive experience with Medicare Advantage.
• Strategic Thinking: You can link complex actuarial data to operational results and possess a background in optimizing unit economics and capital allocation.
• Executive Presence: You have established a reputation as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, capable of influencing strategy through data-driven narratives and rigorous financial discipline.
