Director, Strategic Delivery – Growth

📋 Description

• Utilize experience in Research and Development and operational study execution to enhance and sustain a profitable portfolio.

• Engage with clients regarding strategies for operational delivery.

• Lead a cross-functional team to create effective and unique strategies for operational execution.

• Oversee post-award strategy and implement necessary redesigns.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.

• Create and develop successful trial strategies and integrated solutions that stand out in the marketplace.

• Champion client needs and satisfaction while cultivating both new and existing client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in research and development, as well as clinical research (pharmaceutical or biotech and CRO), with at least 3 of those years in Drug Delivery Project Management.

• An advanced degree, such as a PhD and/or MBA, is preferred.

• Experience in managing client relationships and a solid understanding of business development.

• Proven experience in vision, strategy, and growth.

• Ability to review and analyze relevant data to develop evidence-based clinical trial strategies.

• Exceptional networking skills and a willingness to collaborate with individuals worldwide.

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational abilities.

• Financial insight to understand and contribute effectively to a competitive study or program strategy that is profitable.
