This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Identify, originate, and progress top-down enterprise oncology opportunities within designated accounts.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions related to oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Promote system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within each oncology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary national oncology contact for assigned Health Systems and IDNs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite leaders, cancer service line executives, and oncology stakeholders.
• Align oncology strategies throughout academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into actionable local execution plans.
• Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and smooth transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and promote the entire oncology portfolio as enterprise-level solutions.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and replicate successful models across the national team.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand designated strategic accounts as well as new partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, or Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or HSD/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• 7 years of proven success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• Preferred: 7 years of sales experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing.
• Familiarity with value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategies.
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Proven enterprise leadership and capability to drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Experience in strategic selling and solution-based sales.
• Ability to collaborate across national, regional, and functional teams while influencing without direct authority.
• Skills in pipeline and account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
