This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Identify, develop, and advance top-down enterprise oncology opportunities across designated accounts.
• Lead executive-level conversations encompassing oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Promote system-wide standardization, contracting, and multi-site implementation.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within each distinct oncology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary national oncology contact for assigned Health Systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite leaders, cancer service line executives, and oncology stakeholders.
• Align oncology strategies across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into actionable plans for local execution.
• Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and smooth transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and promote Labcorp’s comprehensive oncology portfolio, which includes specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology, molecular solutions, informatics, workflow, enterprise services, and digital/integration solutions.
• Position offerings as enterprise-level oncology solutions and integrate additional solutions as needed.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline across assigned accounts.
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and replicate successful strategies throughout the national team.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and grow assigned strategic accounts along with new partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, or Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• 7 years of proven success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• 7 years of sales experience within oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategy.
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site, and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
