This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Formulate and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand assigned strategic accounts and pursue new partnership opportunities.
• Identify, initiate, and promote enterprise oncology prospects within designated accounts.
• Lead high-level discussions regarding oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Promote system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and position opportunities within oncology ecosystems.
• Act as the national oncology liaison for specific Health Systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Foster relationships with C-suite executives, cancer service line leaders, and oncology stakeholders.
• Synchronize oncology strategies across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into actionable local execution plans.
• Manage accountability and transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and market the complete oncology portfolio, which includes specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology and molecular solutions, informatics, workflow, enterprise services, and digital integration solutions.
• Position offerings as comprehensive enterprise-level oncology solutions.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline.
• Provide senior management with updates on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Disseminate best practices and replicate successful models throughout the national team.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 or more years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors; or an Associate degree with 9 or more years of experience; or a High School Diploma/GED equivalent with 11 or more years of experience.
• 7 or more years of experience in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• Preferred: 7 or more years of experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing sales.
• Preferred: 7 or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategy.
• Strong comprehension of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Capacity to align strategy with organizational goals and spearhead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Skills in strategic selling and innovative, solution-oriented sales approaches.
• Ability to collaborate across national, regional, and functional teams while influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency in translating strategy into measurable results through disciplined pipeline and account management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel for national account coverage up to 30% within the assigned territory.
