This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.
• Identify, initiate, and progress top-tier enterprise oncology opportunities within designated accounts.
• Facilitate executive-level conversations encompassing oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Promote system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within each oncology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary national oncology contact for designated Health Systems and IDNs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite leaders, cancer service line executives, and oncology stakeholders.
• Synchronize oncology strategy across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into actionable plans for local execution.
• Guarantee coordination, accountability, and effective transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and market the complete oncology portfolio, which includes specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology and molecular solutions, oncology informatics, workflow and enterprise services, as well as digital and integration solutions.
• Position offerings as comprehensive enterprise-level oncology solutions instead of mere transactional services.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline across assigned accounts.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and replicate successful strategies across the national team.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand assigned strategic accounts and new strategic partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience, an Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or a HSD/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• 7 years of proven success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• 7 years of sales experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing preferred.
• Understanding of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategies.
• Strong comprehension of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of collaborating across cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
