This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Identify, develop, and advance enterprise-level oncology opportunities within designated accounts.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions encompassing oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Propel system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within the unique landscape of each oncology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary national oncology liaison for designated Health Systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite executives, cancer service line leaders, and oncology stakeholders.
• Synchronize oncology strategy across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies effectively.
• Transform national opportunities into actionable local execution plans.
• Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and seamless transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and market the comprehensive oncology portfolio, including specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology, molecular solutions, oncology informatics, workflow and enterprise services, as well as digital and integration solutions.
• Present offerings as enterprise-level oncology solutions rather than as transactional services.
• Integrate additional solutions such as kit-based programs when suitable.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline within assigned accounts.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and replicate successful strategies throughout the national team.
• Develop and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand assigned strategic accounts and new partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or an Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• 7 years of proven success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• Preferred: 7 years of sales experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategies.
• Strong comprehension of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex initiatives involving multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Capability to align strategy with organizational goals and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Ability to identify and realize new enterprise opportunities through innovative, solution-focused selling.
• Proficiency in collaborating across national, regional, and functional teams while influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to convert strategy into measurable results through disciplined pipeline and account management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
