This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Identify, originate, and advance top-down enterprise oncology opportunities within designated accounts.
• Facilitate executive-level discussions related to oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Propel system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within each oncology ecosystem.
• Act as the primary national oncology contact for assigned Health Systems and IDNs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite leaders, cancer service line executives, and oncology stakeholders.
• Coordinate oncology strategy across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into actionable plans for local execution.
• Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and successful transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and promote the complete oncology portfolio, which includes specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology and molecular solutions, oncology informatics, workflow and enterprise services, as well as digital and integration solutions.
• Position offerings as comprehensive enterprise-level oncology solutions rather than mere transactional services.
• Integrate additional solutions like kit-based programs when appropriate.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline across assigned accounts.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
• Share best practices and replicate successful models throughout the national team.
• Design and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand assigned strategic accounts and new partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience, or Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or HSD/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• 7 years of proven success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• Preferred: 7 years of sales experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategy.
• Strong grasp of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex, multi-site, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Proven track record of working across cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Ability to align strategy with organizational goals and drive large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Capacity to identify and unlock new enterprise opportunities through innovative, solution-based selling.
• Ability to collaborate across national, regional, and functional teams while influencing without direct authority.
• Capability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes through disciplined pipeline and account management.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
