This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +5 more states.
• Identify, originate, and advance enterprise oncology opportunities from a top-down approach within designated accounts.
• Facilitate executive discussions regarding oncology diagnostics, specialty testing, and advanced solutions.
• Promote system-wide standardization, contracting, and adoption across multiple sites.
• Assess and strategically position opportunities within the distinct oncology ecosystems of each account.
• Act as the primary national oncology liaison for designated Health Systems and IDNs.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with C-suite executives, cancer service line leaders, and oncology stakeholders.
• Align oncology strategy across academic, community, and outpatient care environments.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional sales teams to implement enterprise strategies.
• Convert national opportunities into executable local action plans.
• Ensure effective coordination, accountability, and successful transitions between national and field teams.
• Represent and promote the comprehensive oncology portfolio, encompassing specialty and advanced diagnostics, precision oncology, molecular solutions, oncology informatics, workflow and enterprise services, and digital and integration solutions.
• Position offerings as enterprise-level oncology solutions rather than mere transactional services.
• Integrate additional solutions, such as kit-based programs, when applicable.
• Maintain oversight of the enterprise oncology pipeline across assigned accounts.
• Provide consistent updates on progress, obstacles, and successes to senior leadership.
• Share effective practices and replicate successful models throughout the national team.
• Formulate and implement strategies and tactics to enhance and expand assigned strategic accounts and explore new partnership opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 9 years of experience, or a HSD/GED equivalent with 11 years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or related healthcare fields.
• A minimum of 7 years demonstrating success in enterprise or national-level sales and business development.
• At least 7 years of sales experience in oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or molecular testing is preferred.
• Knowledge of value-based care models and enterprise healthcare strategies.
• Strong comprehension of health system dynamics, IDNs, and oncology service lines.
• Proven capability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Experience in leading complex initiatives involving multiple sites and stakeholders.
• Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional commercial and operational teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for national account coverage, up to 30%.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
