This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists designated clients in achieving their objectives, focusing on relationship building, growth, retention, and customer goals.
• Identifies risks and develops opportunities linked to existing clients.
• Fosters productive and trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts and leaders across both external and internal teams.
• Leverages data-driven resources to conduct efficient and effective meetings and work sessions with clients and relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Possesses a solid understanding of Evolent products and services, effectively articulating the value proposition at a high level.
• Creates top-tier presentation strategies and content for engagements with senior stakeholders.
• Implements best practices in relationship management and promotes value communication throughout partner organizations.
• Works collaboratively with internal teams to prepare materials and strategies for regular partnership reviews, including relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning.
• Proactively manages risks and identifies opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Translates client feedback into Evolent’s product roadmap and strategic planning initiatives.
• Collaborates across functions to oversee issue resolution and ensure prompt follow-up.
• Engages in proactive monitoring and internal collaboration to ensure timely identification and mitigation of recognized client risks.
• Acts as an advocate for clients within Evolent, serving as an ambassador and the primary expert on client priorities and the operational processes within the health plan organization.
• Oversees all aspects of client contracts, including SLA performance, benefit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in client or account management roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• More than 3 years of business development or consulting experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in a health plan or health system setting.
• At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Exceptionally high emotional intelligence, with the ability to connect with diverse groups, actively listen, and identify key sensitivity areas.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
• Capability to devise creative solutions in a dynamic and evolving environment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, payer/provider relationships, and utilization management.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, etc.
