This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance awareness, market share, and revenue for Azurity’s comprehensive portfolio by engaging targeted stakeholders in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Regularly negotiate National GPO contracts as well as direct and indirect regional contracts.
• Evaluate, monitor, and maintain reports on customer insights, business interactions, and contractual performance against established goals.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the overall pharmaceutical landscape, provider business models, decision-making, and contracting processes.
• Develop, sustain, and routinely present your strategic business plan, showcasing reliable insights that will aid in brand decision-making and deliver predictable results.
• Cultivate and expand effective business partnerships across assigned customer segments with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Assist and motivate Azurity sales teams with knowledge, training, and insights related to the reimbursement landscape, billing, coding, payer access, and opportunities for pull-through.
• Regularly participate in national and regional conferences, trade shows, industry meetings, and customer-sponsored events, as appropriate, to strengthen alliances between access customers and Azurity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Market Access, Brand, Analytic, Insights, Legal, and Regulatory teams in optimizing strategies and performance aligned with corporate goals.
• Consistently follow relevant pharmaceutical industry regulatory and compliance guidelines, as well as Azurity policies, in all business-supported environments and industry gatherings.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial pharmaceuticals/biotech sector, including at least 2 years in a market access or complex/specialty sales role with external customer engagement. Experience in oncology, rare, and/or specialty drugs is preferred.
• Proven people leadership in management, training, and/or team leadership roles.
• Strong business acumen complemented by contracting experience with various payment models.
• Familiarity with institutional acquisition and reimbursement models, including Medicare, buy and bill, ASP, 340B PHS, WAC, and commercial frameworks.
• Up-to-date and relevant knowledge of the market access landscape, including challenges, recent and upcoming legislation, government payment models, and trends affecting providers and payers.
• Exceptional executive presence, public speaking abilities, presentation development skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Virtual Meeting tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly for several days and the capability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
