Account Associate, Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become proficient in Amazon DSP.

• Facilitate and manage tasks related to digital campaign oversight, which includes:

• Media planning, setting up campaigns, ad trafficking; ensuring quality and troubleshooting; monitoring client performance and delivery; reporting, analytics, billing, and budgeting.

• Assist in the creation of campaign media strategies that align with client objectives.

• Foster client and agency relationships, contributing to the overall health of accounts.

• Analyze and interpret data for actionable insights using multiple systems.

• Collaborate with Revive to establish processes for scaling services.

• Work closely with management to achieve company-wide objectives.

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding campaign outcomes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to partners, agencies, and internal business teams.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative and dynamic setting.

• Driven individual with a positive outlook, consistently aiming to exceed expectations.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Eligibility to work legally in the United States.

• Keen interest in the Digital Media and Advertising sector.

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.

• Familiarity with digital media ad serving, technology, and related terminology.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Previous experience in account management within digital advertising.

• Skilled at addressing problems that involve both business and technology.

• Ability to influence broad process improvements while innovating and simplifying existing procedures.
