Director, Specialty Networks

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct PBM and ABM products, taking full responsibility for the entire product lifecycle, which encompasses strategy, development, launch, and continuous optimization.

• Create and uphold a detailed product roadmap for PBM, ABM, and new specialty network offerings.

• Act as the strategic liaison among internal and external stakeholders to ensure product alignment and facilitate effective communication.

• Guarantee regulatory and contractual compliance for all products related to specialty network services.

• Track financial performance, including margins and customer metrics, while initiating efforts to enhance profitability and client satisfaction.

• Assist with and streamline RFP responses and advocate for unified guidelines regarding product pricing and margins.

• Reduce product silos and encourage cross-product alignment within the specialty networks portfolio.

• Foster operational efficiency by minimizing redundant efforts and implementing standardized processes.

• Lead a coordinated strategy for specialty networks and improve cross-product alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced clinical or business degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in workers’ compensation, ancillary services, PBM management, or healthcare product strategy.

• Experience within a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), managed care organization, PBM, or network management setting is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams within a technology-driven healthcare organization.
