This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Spearhead the spatial data capabilities, establishing spatial data standards, governance structures, best practices, and repeatable quality and stewardship processes.
• Transform the spatial data discipline into tangible business value, enhancing reporting integrity, implementation quality, scalability, and decision support.
• Leverage spatial and occupancy data to facilitate predictive, data-driven decisions grounded in current occupancy models.
• Optimize, implement, and oversee advanced spatial systems that assess utilization and align workplace environments with business needs.
• Evaluate modernization and emerging AI opportunities to enhance workflows, reporting, and client value.
• Collaborate with technology teams on the implementation, re-implementation, and continuous enablement of workplace technology.
• Convert business needs into data, process, and platform specifications.
• Update and document playbooks, methodologies, process maps, and guidance for space allocation, planning, audits, utilization, and live occupancy.
• Develop practical frameworks to enhance repeatability, quality, and consistency throughout the practice.
• Lead discussions regarding processes, accountability, decision rights, and consistency to elevate service delivery at scale.
• Counsel clients on spatial data integrity and contemporary space management practices.
• Integrate occupancy, utilization, and planning data into strategic workplace and portfolio decision-making.
• Contribute to thought leadership, reusable content, practice development, service delivery enhancement, and client growth.
• Extensive experience in Spatial Data Management, workplace data, occupancy data, or related space management fields.
• Strong background in data governance, data consistency, stewardship, standards development, and quality assurance.
• Proven ability to connect technical or operational efforts to business and client results.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams on system implementation, platform enablement, or translating business needs to technology.
• Familiarity with workplace, occupancy, reservation, IWMS, or similar workplace technology platforms.
• Excellent client-facing communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in creating playbooks, methodologies, standards, process documentation, or best-practice resources.
• Proficient in utilizing occupancy, utilization, or spatial data for forecasting, planning, and real estate decision-making.
• Capacity to influence across functions and develop a growing capability area.
• Ability to work across various regions, cultures, and time zones.
• Preferred: experience with major occupancy, reservation, IWMS, or space management platforms.
• Preferred: experience aiding re-implementation or workplace modernization initiatives.
• Preferred: experience in developing thought leadership content, case studies, or practice materials.
• Preferred: understanding of workplace technology trends, AI, growth initiatives, proposal coordination, operational enablement, and global or multi-region clients.
