Director, Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead and nurture a high-performing S&P team for a major technology client.

• Collaborate closely with S&P leadership, Account leadership, and clients to align expectations and manage team deliverables.

• Supervise compliance and controls, innovate new sourcing strategies, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Attain financial and compliance objectives through the development of an annual sourcing plan, actively managing it alongside the business, and executing accordingly.

• Take ownership of sourcing compliance and controls, including Contract and COI compliance.

• Oversee the 3rd Party Supplier Performance Management Program, working together with operations teams to create scorecards and review outcomes.

• Cultivate and lead high-performing teams while building robust relationships with key stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 8 years of strategic sourcing experience in services or indirect categories, particularly in facilities services, along with experience in people management.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management is preferred.

• An MBA is a plus.

• CPM, CPSM, or CPSD certification is preferred.

• Strong PC skills, with proficiency in MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience with e-procurement, preferably with Jaggaer.

• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%).

• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
