Director, Solutions Development – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of extensive outsourcing solutions for potential clients in the Financial Services sector.

• Collaborate with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to produce customized, competitive proposals.

• Manage essential deliverables such as integrated solution design, portfolio cost modeling, and financial pricing models.

• Support sales leadership during the contracting phase by determining optimal business terms and creating contract exhibits.

• Act as a bridge between sales teams and service line leaders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer regarding offerings and pricing strategies.

• Develop and uphold financial models that showcase client value and the profitability of JLL.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in an outsourcing and operational capacity is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Integrated Facilities Management is highly preferred.

• Outstanding listening abilities with a talent for transforming client needs into actionable solutions.

• Excellent presentation skills with the adaptability to modify style for various audiences.

• Familiarity with commercial pricing and financial expertise to construct, interpret, and communicate complex value propositions.

• In-depth knowledge of real estate outsourcing models and principles of solution design.

• Ability to accept constructive criticism during presentation rehearsals and role-playing activities.

• Proficiency in identifying growth opportunities during the pursuit process.

• Capability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure the consistent application of best practices across all deals.

• Strong analytical skills for benchmarking, estimating, and assessing risk.
