This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.
• Guide and mentor the solutions architecture team
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and enhance our customer-facing demonstrations and presales process, aiming to shorten sales timelines while boosting conversion rates and deal sizes
• Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Convey Cobalt’s distinctive value proposition to clients and prospects
• Act as a technical advisor to customers and prospects on how to effectively establish a continuous offensive security program
• Represent Cobalt at trade shows and industry events
• Advocate for the customer internally by providing insights on the product roadmap, messaging, positioning, and pricing
• Collaborate across functions to develop new offerings and business models
• At least 5 years of experience in selling cybersecurity products and services
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading a team of solutions architects
• Capability to translate technical solutions into customer outcomes
• Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and executive communication abilities
• Comfortable engaging at all levels, from in-depth technical discussions to C-level conversations
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Preference for candidates located on the East Coast
