Director, Solution Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and direct unique messaging and positioning for Hyland’s industry solutions.

• Spearhead go-to-market strategies, encompassing segmentation, ideal customer profiles, and persona-driven messaging.

• Organize and execute product and solution launches in collaboration with product, sales, and demand generation teams.

• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing team of solution marketers.

• Recognize industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive insights to guide strategy and positioning.

• Collaborate with product, sales, demand generation, and customer success teams to enhance pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.

• Oversee solution marketing across the healthcare, insurance, banking, higher education, and government sectors.

• Report directly to the SVP of Portfolio Marketing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in B2B product or solution marketing, including leadership of teams.

• Capability to convey product features into clear, substantial customer value with quantifiable business results.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to lead through influence within a large, matrixed organization.

• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in engaging with industry analysts and influencing market perception is a plus, though not required.

• Background in content management, process automation, collaboration, or related enterprise software markets is advantageous but not essential.

• Demonstrated success in building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams is a plus, though not essential.

• Familiarity with contemporary marketing tools, technologies, and best practices is a plus, though not essential.
