This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding and become a subject matter expert on the complete solution offering, which encompasses services and supported medical equipment included in the service product.
• Develop, oversee, and innovate the Solution Business Model, which includes:
• Validate customer segmentation and define market requirements.
• Improve existing solutions to enhance the value proposition.
• Establish analysis for return on investment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gain approval for new or redesigned solution offerings from marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and other relevant departments.
• Integrate new or redesigned solution offerings into the sales process and marketing channels by creating sales readiness capabilities and enablement tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine solution offering return on investment, pricing strategies, and customer value realization.
• Conduct beta pilots for new or redefined solution offerings with customers to ensure service product valuation.
• Investigate buy/build/partner opportunities and lead operational deployment planning and organizational readiness for new or redesigned solution offerings.
• Review the performance of solution offerings and propose recommendations for service innovation or potential ramp-down of services.
• Understand the competitive landscape and key market drivers for effective solution positioning and success.
• Collaborate closely with the downstream marketing team to define and implement the go-to-market strategy.
• Clearly articulate, educate, and train sales and operations teams on the features and benefits of solution offerings.
• Actively engage in mergers and acquisitions due diligence.
• Perform other duties as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution or product management, service marketing, and strategic solution development, particularly within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in identifying customer-centric solution market opportunities and expressing them through market and service product requirements documents that outline customer challenges, desired value propositions, and potential solution areas.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a clear and sustainable business model based on a differentiated value proposition that has undergone a validation process.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, specifically regarding medical products and services solutions.
• Robust technical understanding of the accountable solution areas assigned: Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, or Laser Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
