📋 Description

• Lead the Engineering department and oversee the development of sophisticated software systems for extensive cloud-based applications in the power and electrical sectors.

• Offer strategic direction and architectural supervision to ensure adherence to high software standards and industry best practices.

• Create scalable, secure, and dependable systems designed to address the evolving needs of the energy industry.

• Assess and choose technologies to enhance software performance, scalability, and long-term innovation.

• Collaborate with business leaders to convert complex challenges into actionable technical specifications.

• Promote transparent, cross-functional teamwork with internal teams, contractors, and executive management.

• Propel continuous enhancement in Maintenance and Product Backlog Management by tracking KPIs and delivery commitments.

• Keep abreast of developments in cloud computing and power systems to provide strategic insights that maintain a competitive advantage.


⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 10 years of experience in engineering leadership or New Product Introduction (NPI) delivery, particularly in large-scale cloud development.

• More than 5 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• At least 3 years of experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
