This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Mia’s organic social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Create tailored strategies for national, location-specific, and surgeon-focused accounts.
• Define content pillars, innovative concepts, recurring series, and platform-specific tactics.
• Maintain a distinct, culturally relevant, and unique brand voice.
• Utilize performance data and trends to pinpoint content, formats, and creators for scaling or adjustments.
• Lead and enhance Mia’s social media and influencer marketing team.
• Define roles, establish workflows, accountability structures, and performance expectations.
• Assist location-based teams while developing processes for planning, approvals, publishing, analytics, and account governance.
• Oversee the influencer marketing strategy, which includes creator selection, partnerships, compensation, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers, creators, patient ambassadors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor influencer performance metrics such as engagement, leads, consultations, deposits, procedures, and ROI.
• Set KPIs and dashboards for assessing account, content, employee, location, surgeon, and campaign performance.
• Track metrics on reach, engagement, video performance, follower growth, inquiries, leads, consultations, and booked procedures.
• Convert social performance data into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Collaborate with CRM, paid media, sales, and analytics teams to enhance attribution and patient acquisition efforts.
• Identify high-performing organic content for potential scaling through paid media and other avenues.
• Work together with content production teams on creative priorities, briefs, and deliverables.
• Ensure that shoots produce versatile assets for use across social, paid media, email, SMS, and patient education.
• Strike a balance between professional production quality and authentic, platform-native content.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital content, or brand marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social strategies for consumer-facing brands.
• Profound knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator collaborations, and performance assessment.
• Preferred experience in managing multi-account or multi-location social settings.
• Exceptional creative judgment paired with analytical and performance-oriented decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics platforms such as Sprout Social, SocialPilot, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, or another visually-focused consumer brand is preferred.
