
Director, Site Enablement – U.S. Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Responsible for the operational management and successful execution of all phases of clinical trials within designated therapeutic area(s) or specific role(s).
• Manage resource allocation, ensure compliance with timelines and budgets, and adhere to relevant SOPs, policies, HCC, and local regulatory requirements.
• Assist the Site Enablement Leader in developing and managing the local organizational structure.
• Oversee line management of Functional Managers (FM) and/or other Site Enablement personnel.
• Supervise staff performance, development, training, project assignments, workload distribution, and assist with issue resolution for direct reports.
• Ensure local goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
• Foster innovative solutions and process improvements within the Oncology therapeutic area, Site Enablement, and GD as a whole.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is essential, preferably in Life Sciences (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy).
• At least 10 years of clinical research experience is required.
• Experience in portfolio and/or program delivery is necessary.
• Proven people management experience is essential.
• Experience with U.S. study start-up is required.
• A track record of advancing innovation is necessary.
• Experience in driving operational excellence is required.
• Previous experience in the Oncology Therapeutic Area is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Strong leadership skills are required.
• The ability to collaborate and influence decision-making within a cross-functional matrix environment is essential.

• Vacation – 120 hours per calendar year.

• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – 13 days per calendar year.
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
• Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
• Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
• Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period.
• Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year.
