📋 Description

• Enhance and expand the agency’s SEO approach across technical, content, and authority-building strategies.

• Spearhead critical new business presentations and convey the significance of organic growth innovation and technical SEO to C-suite executives.

• Manage strategic roadmaps for a range of accounts, ensuring impactful and timely delivery in line with client goals.

• Collaborate with Business Development and Client Services to define intricate SEO projects, allocate resources effectively, and promote departmental profitability.

• Navigate environments with multiple agencies and stakeholders, positioning SEO within the overall marketing strategy.

• Incorporate emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and advanced data science, into SEO planning and implementation.

• Guide and mentor Associate Directors and Managers while nurturing a culture of high-performance collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–11 years of experience in SEO strategy and leadership, demonstrating a history of driving substantial organic growth for Fortune 500 or global enterprise brands.

• Established experience in a senior leadership role within an agency, focusing on team management and skill development.

• Extensive technical knowledge in SEO, including experience with large-scale site migrations, headless architectures, and international SEO.

• Strong business acumen, including the ability to scope projects for profitability and uncover organic growth possibilities within a client portfolio.

• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for audiences without technical backgrounds.

• Experience working collaboratively across Media, Creative, and Tech teams to provide comprehensive digital experiences.

• Active engagement in the SEO community and a commitment to staying ahead in a continuously evolving search landscape.

• Authorization to work in the U.S., validated through E-Verify and Form I-9.
