Director, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Proactively identify, track, and resolve impediments that hinder the delivery of AI use cases or automation releases.

• Coach team members, Value Stream Process Owners, and stakeholders on Agile and Scrum principles.

• Monitor and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, cycle time, and team health.

• Identify and manage dependencies across teams and assess delivery risks.

• Propel action items from retrospectives and cultivate a culture of inspection and adaptation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, including a minimum of 2 years supporting technology, data, or operations teams in delivering automation or AI-driven solutions.

• Proven experience in conducting Scrum ceremonies for continuous delivery pipelines.

• Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery lifecycles and intelligent automation programs is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of intelligent automation technologies including RPA, OCR, ETL pipelines, and AI/ML platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, Airflow, or equivalent).

• Understanding of CI/CD principles and their application to automation and AI use case deployment in operational settings.

• Strong servant leadership mentality with the capacity to influence without direct authority.
