This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Supervise activities and programs related to Scientific Operations, including the formulation of strategic annual plans.
• Oversee the budget management process, which encompasses tracking, analyzing, and reporting on quarterly budget-to-forecast discrepancies.
• Offer strategic direction concerning Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review procedures.
• Coordinate with the publication vendor to facilitate the development and implementation of strategic publications.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant guidelines and regulations, including Fair Market Value (FMV) standards and Sunshine Act reporting obligations.
• Collaborate closely to guarantee that appropriate resources are allocated to support clinical development studies.
• A Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of pertinent experience, a Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of 6 years of related experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in Clinical Development and Medical Affairs roles within the biopharmaceutical sector is required.
