This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement scientific content strategies that align with new product launches and organizational goals.
• Act as the medical marketing lead within cross-functional teams dedicated to product development and launch initiatives.
• Generate evidence-based messaging for product launches, including clinical summaries, mechanism-of-action documents, competitive positioning, presentations, educational materials, customer-facing collateral, FAQs, objection-handling resources, and digital content.
• Simplify complex scientific, clinical, and technical information into clear communications tailored for healthcare providers, laboratory professionals, commercial teams, and various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams such as Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Product Management, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial Marketing, and others.
• Facilitate product launch preparation by creating messaging guides, sales enablement resources, educational materials, and content for field training.
• Keep track of clinical evidence, publications, competitive insights, and market trends to guide positioning and differentiation strategies.
• Manage the creation, review, governance, and lifecycle of scientific marketing content.
• Work alongside Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Medical Affairs to ensure that communications are accurate, substantiated, and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain records for scientific claims, content approvals, and publication references.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance scientific communications through evidence, customer insights, and market dynamics.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• An advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent) in molecular biology, genetics, oncology, life sciences, or a related scientific area.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical marketing focused on oncology, scientific communications, product marketing, Medical Affairs, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in supporting new product launches and creating scientific content within the life sciences, diagnostics, or biotechnology sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of genomics, tumor biology, precision oncology, and the clinical applications of molecular diagnostics.
• Outstanding skills in scientific writing, communication, presentation, and storytelling.
• Capability to convert complex scientific data into accessible content for varied audiences.
• Strong collaborative skills across Medical Affairs, Product Management, R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities; adept at leading multiple cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Caris technologies, precision oncology, and molecular diagnostics is preferred.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods.
• Capability to occasionally lift standard office supplies and use typical office equipment.
• Must complete mandatory job-specific, safety, compliance, and quality training.
• Periodic travel is required.
• Occasional work during evenings, weekends, and holidays may be necessary.
• Successful completion of pre-employment processes, including a criminal background check, drug screening, credit check (if applicable), and reference verification.
• Annual hiring salary range of $160,000–$190,000.
