
Director, Sales Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in the creation of annual and quarterly sales strategies in collaboration with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Enhance territory design, alignment, and sizing for optimal performance.
• Support the forecasting processes for both field and corporate operations.
• Design, implement, and manage incentive compensation plans along with sales contests.
• Lead the governance of cross-functional incentive compensation initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of incentive plans and suggest necessary adjustments.
• Develop, optimize, and oversee the sales operations infrastructure and reporting systems.
• Manage CRM processes, data governance, ensure reporting accuracy, and oversee field and executive reporting.
• Provide support for field onboarding, systems training, and user adoption.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards.
• Build reporting environments and data warehouses for integrated data utilization.
• Provide actionable insights regarding sales performance, customer adoption, loyalty, and growth opportunities.
• Facilitate leadership decision-making through timely, accurate, and meaningful analytics.
• Report directly to the VP of US Commercial & Sales Operations.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or similar roles.
• Required experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
• Aesthetics experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of supporting U.S. field sales teams in regulated environments.
• High proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Veeva and Salesforce.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Demonstrated capability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as necessary.
• Capacity to work in an office setting and remain seated, standing, or using a computer for extended periods.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $190,000 to $220,000 per year.
