• Generate new business opportunities for Flex Pay by identifying, qualifying, nurturing, and securing Enterprise and Mid-Market retail merchants.
• Develop consultative sales presentations, prepare RFP proposals, and manage the entire contract negotiation process for new business ventures.
• Create and execute a data-driven sales strategy that aligns with company objectives to enhance revenue growth and market presence, while optimizing sales workflows.
• Collaborate closely with teams such as Product, Design, Data, Risk, Marketing, Legal, and others to ensure continuous enhancement of the Flex Pay product offering.
• Identify and foster strategic partnerships with merchants, PSPs, e-commerce platforms, and digital wallets to increase the adoption of BNPL solutions.
• Take ownership of sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast outcomes to consistently meet KPIs and revenue objectives.
• Utilize customer feedback, market intelligence, and industry trends to refine sales strategies and guide product development and adoption.
• 8-10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in the BNPL or payments sector.
• Profound knowledge of the BNPL ecosystem, payment technologies, retail, e-commerce landscapes, and payments service providers (PSPs).
• Proven history of meeting ambitious revenue goals in a dynamic, competitive environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
