This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Develop and execute an all-encompassing sales education ecosystem for a large and intricate medical device sales team.
• Oversee the sales enablement function along with a team of education specialists.
• Improve selling skills, create sales processes, and spearhead educational initiatives that drive revenue impact across the Philips IGTD business.
• Collaborate with senior sales leaders to design and implement a company-wide commercial education strategy.
• Reduce the time it takes for new hires to become productive, enhance representative performance, elevate sales skills, and monitor revenue impact.
• Establish a system to assess educational investments and identify the effects of sales processes and messaging initiatives.
• Manage complex sales skill development across various portfolios.
• Lead, mentor, and develop education professionals.
• Work closely with regional managers, ZVPs, marketing leaders, medical education teams, and sales operations.
• Oversee AOP planning, budgeting, and budget tracking with engagement at the executive level.
• Monitor and report results to enhance enterprise decision-making.
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Travel to key priority events as required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and/or medical device education.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and developing teams.
• Proficiency in organizing individual educational events and developing comprehensive curricula for complex selling scenarios.
• Strong financial understanding and proven management of functional budgets.
• Capability to measure and articulate the business impact of education through well-defined KPIs.
• Ability to build strategy and curriculum from inception.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
• Capacity to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Emotionally intelligent leadership and a strong executive presence.
• Excellent collaboration skills across Business Units.
• Extensive operational knowledge of sales, sales processes, and education.
• Comfort in making strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to key events as needed.
• US work authorization is required.
• Candidates needing sponsorship for a work-authorized visa currently or in the future will not be considered.
• AI fluency is advantageous.
• Experience in medical device sales is a plus.
• A Master’s degree is an asset.
