This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of a designated Eastern Region territory, independently crafting and implementing a comprehensive strategy to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.
• Engage in proactive prospecting for new business through cold calling, targeted outreach, and in-person meetings, consistently building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
• Create compelling sales presentations for potential clients.
• Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Leverage company resources as necessary to obtain commitments.
• Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the financial advisory teams.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads and close sales.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with management and the product development team to enhance existing products as needed.
• Consistently acquire new depository advisory clients and surpass targeted revenue goals through disciplined prospecting and follow-through.
• Proven experience in strategic sales planning and execution.
• Understanding of contracting, negotiation, and change management processes.
• Experience in selling to C-Suite Executives, particularly CEO/CFO/CLO/Finance or Lending professionals.
• Basic knowledge of finance and banking, capital markets, lending, or treasury functions.
• Professional written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to inspire teams to produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in PC/Windows-based software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A demonstrated history of aggressive external business development, including significant cold calling, pipeline management, and CRM software expertise.
• Experience in product training and product demonstrations is required.
