This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Designing and executing strategies to boost sales growth and enhance market share.
• Leading corporate and field training initiatives for Regional Managers and Field Sales Consultants.
• Ensuring that all sales growth strategies, investments, and incentives align with the overall business objectives.
• Collaborating with sales leadership to formulate plans by territory and region to increase market share and profitability.
• Providing national guidance to Sales Managers.
• Attaining sales and market share targets by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
• Regularly reviewing the sales funnel and specific opportunities.
• Driving field marketing initiatives through the sales organization.
• Establishing goals and conducting formal reviews of personnel regularly.
• Overseeing the planning and execution of National Sales Meetings.
• Engaging in business development, lead generation, and coordinating with marketing and merchandising on leads, promotions, and future planning.
• Managing the creation, maintenance, and communication of commission programs.
• Setting quarterly goals for recruitment, sales force expansion, and diversity initiatives.
• Developing a geographic coverage strategy.
• Training channels on how to effectively sell products and services, including establishing a sales certification program.
• Replacing consistently underperforming team members with goal-oriented individuals and companies.
• Crafting territorial sales strategies.
• Supporting marketing communication efforts.
• Ensuring that trade shows are adequately staffed with sales personnel.
• Collaborating on the creation and implementation of sales programs and tools.
• Assisting the Business Development Group with new projects and initiatives.
• Participating in special projects and fulfilling other duties as needed.
• 15 years of experience in sales management, including P&L accountability.
• Strong national sales leadership, organizational, and administrative capabilities.
• Required experience in the dental industry; lab experience is a plus.
• A college degree is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Skilled in CRM system functionalities.
• Experienced in pipeline management and sales forecasting.
• Knowledgeable in budget analysis and management.
