This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Formulating strategies and executing tactics to enhance profitable sales within designated accounts
• Cultivating robust relationships, utilizing analyses and insights to influence mutually advantageous outcomes
• Overseeing comprehensive SKU strategy through analytical modeling and collaboration with Product Management
• Effectively negotiating and managing lucrative multi-million dollar contracts
• Administering inventory efficiently
• Assisting all accounts with SKU strategy: Launch targets, target market share
• Crafting business plans and proactively managing assigned accounts to achieve and surpass sales and profit margin goals
• Discovering new business opportunities and cooperating with key stakeholders on strategy and implementation
• Evaluating business outcomes and keeping updated with current business trends
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction
• Leading negotiations and executing business contracts for designated accounts
• Coordinating communication for all elements of an account’s business, including supply/demand, logistics, customer service, pricing, contracts, and financial transactions
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to ensure timely and effective business operations
• Ensuring all business activities comply with regulatory and compliance standards
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred
• Highly developed negotiation skills
• Experience with new product launches
• Proven ability to manage substantial multi-million dollar contracts
• Capability to sell and nurture customer relationships in a highly regulated sector
• Experience in utilizing various data sets to assess product and market trends to guide customer strategy
• Over 10 years of experience in the generic industry with sales expertise
• Exceptional analytical abilities
• Strong business and financial insight
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines concurrently, whether independently or collaboratively
• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally
• Proven history of sales achievements
• Proficient in IQVIA, Symphony, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated success in launching products.
