This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Defining and implementing the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the revenue technology ecosystem.

• Overseeing CRM architecture, governance, and system scalability across revenue functions.

• Assessing technologies and pinpointing opportunities to enhance automation, efficiency, and user experience.

• Converting business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Crafting and executing workflows and automations that enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual effort.

• Directing integration strategies across CRM, marketing, finance, enablement, and operational platforms.

• Ensuring reliable and efficient data flows across systems and business processes.

• Creating governance frameworks that enhance data quality, integrity, and usability.

• Collaborating with Revenue Operations and Business Performance teams to assist in reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Managing vendor relationships, technology evaluations, implementations, and ongoing optimization initiatives.

• Developing documentation, standards, and governance processes to support long-term scalability and adoption.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Revenue Systems, Business Systems, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, or a related area.

• In-depth knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Gong and Salesforce (Salesforce Admin Certification is mandatory).

• Experience in designing and managing complex system architectures, integrations, and automation processes.

• Strong comprehension of revenue technology ecosystems and go-to-market strategies.

• Proven experience in establishing data governance and data quality frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale systems implementations and optimization projects.

• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in managing technology vendors and external implementation partners.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Capability to balance technical expertise with business strategy.
