This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee our Sales Strategy and Revenue Analytics initiatives
• Take ownership of the foundational elements that support the GTM organization: operating model, territory, and coverage design
• Develop and manage the forecasting process for bookings, renewals, and consumption metrics
• Facilitate the QBR, WBR, and planning sessions that ensure alignment within the GTM organization
• Establish and implement a uniform sales process throughout account planning
• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within B2B companies
• Proven track record of owning a complete forecasting process, rather than just contributing
• Experience in designing scalable territory and quota models
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team with direct reports in strategy or analytics roles
• Strong analytical skills: capable of constructing a model from the ground up, not merely interpreting existing ones
