This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Design and manage the entire GTM technology stack, which includes Salesforce, Gong, DealHub, Outreach, ChiliPiper/Qualified, and the automation layer that connects these tools.
• Develop and uphold integrations, data flows, and workflow automations aimed at minimizing manual tasks and bridging gaps between systems.
• Assess, pilot, and implement new tools, including AI-native products, as the technology stack evolves.
• Manage routing logic, lead-to-account matching, SLA enforcement, and inbound orchestration through ChiliPiper and/or Qualified.
• Create LLM-assisted workflows that enhance representative capacity, incorporating automated call summaries, deal scoring, enrichment pipelines, and follow-up drafts.
• Utilize prompt engineering to design repeatable AI workflows that are practical for sales, operations, and customer success teams.
• Remain updated on AI tools (such as Gong AI, Salesforce Einstein, etc.) and assess their relevance to the tech stack.
• Develop scalable approval workflows and deal playbooks in DealHub that balance efficiency with risk management.
• Oversee and maintain the pricing model, discount schedules, and packaging tiers, ensuring consistency across the team through effective governance.
• Analyze win/loss data and competitive dynamics to shape pricing strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Ensure the integrity of Salesforce by maintaining data standards, hygiene, object model, and governance.
• Create reports and dashboards that highlight pipeline health, deal velocity, and revenue trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to address gaps in the data model and enhance attribution visibility.
• Automate manual data workflows to minimize errors and increase representative capacity.
• 4-8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role at a B2B SaaS organization.
• In-depth proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to create reports, manage objects, and identify data issues independently.
• Expertise in Gong, including configuring trackers, developing scorecards, and extracting deal and coaching insights.
• Proven experience in building automations and integrating systems within a multi-tool GTM stack.
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical architecture for both sales representatives and executives.
• Familiarity with DealHub, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and/or Qualified.
• Experience in deploying AI-assisted workflows in sales or revenue contexts.
• Knowledge of BI tools (such as Omni, Looker, or similar).
• Background in fintech or wealth management.
• A successful track record of leading tool implementations and promoting adoption within the sales team.
