This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with GTM and executive leadership to facilitate annual planning, territory design, quota establishment, and organizational capacity planning.
• Create, implement, and enhance compensation plans, incentive programs, and SPIFs that align with the company’s goals and drive performance.
• Take ownership of revenue performance reporting, providing actionable insights on pipeline, bookings, attainment, productivity, retention, and growth metrics.
• Assist with forecasting processes and offer analytical recommendations that enhance decision-making and business outcomes.
• Lead essential operating cadences, including forecast reviews, business reviews, and performance management processes.
• Act as the main point of contact between GTM stakeholders and Systems/Engineering teams, converting business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with the systems team to ensure GTM processes, reporting, and workflows are effectively supported by the company’s technology stack.
• Supervise commission operations, ensuring accurate and timely calculations, payouts, governance, and reporting.
• Manage and mentor a Revenue Operations team member focused on commissions administration and operational execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, leveraging data, analysis, and business judgment to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing growth, efficiency, and scalability.
• Over 7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategic Finance, Management Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Background in supporting high-growth SaaS or technology companies, ideally within the $25M–$150M ARR range.
• Extensive knowledge in territory design, quota setting, compensation planning, incentive programs, forecasting, and revenue performance management.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with the skill to convert complex data into clear business recommendations.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive presence, with the capacity to influence senior leaders, facilitate decision-making, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
• Proven experience in creating executive-level reporting, dashboards, business reviews, and decision-support analyses.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce administrators, CRM engineering teams, or business systems teams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple high-priority initiatives concurrently.
• Experience in managing and developing team members in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or a similar background in business, finance, or analysis is preferred.
