This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and enhance the complete revenue engine across Marketing and Sales - from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer retention.
• Develop and refine a hybrid growth model that combines product-led initiatives with sales support, ensuring seamless transitions between in-product conversions and sales-driven efforts when necessary.
• Lead the forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting processes to enhance predictability and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to establish targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and performance frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
• Create and scale efficient, repeatable, and adaptable revenue processes as the organization grows.
• Enhance data quality, visibility, and accessibility throughout the funnel to foster improved insights and accelerate decision-making.
• Direct the strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Manage and advance the revenue technology stack, ensuring systems are integrated, scalable, and delivering tangible value.
• Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency, enhance accuracy, and unlock new capabilities across GTM teams.
• Assist in strategic planning efforts, which include annual planning, territory design, and capacity modeling.
• Analyze performance trends and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations function as the company scales.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-To-Market Strategy.
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment (fintech experience is highly advantageous).
• Practical experience in owning and optimizing a contemporary revenue technology stack.
• Proven track record of integrating systems and ensuring clean, reliable data flows across the funnel.
• Demonstrated experience in applying AI and automation to enhance GTM performance (e.g., improving forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation, sales productivity, and customer expansion).
• Strong knowledge of forecasting models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
• In-depth understanding of funnel metrics, pipeline dynamics, and revenue drivers.
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in SQL, BI tools, or data platforms (preferred).
• Proven history of fostering cross-functional alignment and influencing senior leadership.
• Experience in building or scaling Revenue Operations processes within a growing organization.
• Exceptional communication skills - capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
