• Take ownership of pipeline health, stage discipline, and forecast precision
• Utilize AI to pinpoint deal risks, slippage, and forecast discrepancies
• Conduct weekly pipeline and forecast assessments using data-driven insights
• Design and enhance the sales process for both new business and expansion
• Establish and uphold CRM stage definitions, along with entry and exit criteria
• Employ AI to streamline workflows, minimize manual updates, and boost compliance
• Lead the operational rhythm (weekly metrics, monthly reviews)
• Assist in deal structuring, approvals, and contract workflows (deal desk)
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and governance from start to finish
• Assess and implement AI-driven GTM tools (forecasting, enrichment, call intelligence, workflow automation)
• Automate reporting, data collection, and repetitive tasks
• Ensure seamless data flow across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance systems
• Define and monitor crucial funnel metrics (conversion, velocity, pipeline coverage)
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to uncover patterns, performance drivers, and opportunities
• Convert insights into actionable strategies for GTM teams
• Assist in annual planning, territory design, and quota establishment
• Model pipeline coverage, hiring requirements, and productivity scenarios
• Collaborate with Sales leadership on onboarding and continuous enablement
• Provide representatives with AI tools and workflows that enhance selling efficiency
• Alleviate friction in daily sales operations.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy
• Background in a rapidly growing SaaS or tech company (Series A to C)
• Strong expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), with practical configuration experience
• Familiarity with implementing or utilizing AI tools within GTM workflows
• Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable strategies
• Comfortable functioning as both a strategist and an executor.
