This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of and expand the entire HubSpot CRM ecosystem for all portfolio brands, encompassing pipeline architecture, workflow automation, custom properties, and reporting infrastructure.
• Develop and sustain backend reporting and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time, comprehensive visibility into commercial performance across every entity.
• Promote adoption and effective use among SDR, AE, and Customer Success teams, while managing integrations with supporting platforms such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Create and oversee revenue forecasting across the portfolio, delivering precise monthly, quarterly, and annual projections based on clean data and robust methodology.
• Design and maintain pipeline coverage models utilizing historical trends and cross-entity commercial data to facilitate predictable, scalable growth.
• Engage in weekly leadership and team meetings with live, active reporting, showcasing pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and performance trends, while dynamically adjusting analysis in response to inquiries.
• Develop and maintain quota models, territory frameworks, and sales capacity plans aligned with growth targets established by revenue leadership.
• Provide direct operational support across both sales and customer success functions, stepping in wherever needed for reporting, analysis, or process assistance.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related commercial function.
• Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including pipeline architecture, workflow automation, custom reporting, and backend system management; candidates who have configured and built HubSpot from the ground up are highly preferred.
• Proven track record in building and maintaining revenue forecasting models, quota architectures, and territory frameworks in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Demonstrated experience in administering variable compensation plans across multi-role sales organizations.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to translate complex commercial data into clear, leadership-ready reports and present them confidently in live settings.
