This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and implement the GTM bowtie model throughout the customer journey from lead awareness to activation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales operations to enhance the GTM planning process, including capacity models, territory design, quota setting, and coverage strategy for both US and international markets.
• Analyze forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability for the executive team in conjunction with Sales Ops leaders.
• Work alongside Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales Ops to guarantee smooth transitions of revenue.
• Provide actionable insights regarding AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
• Team up with Finance and Data leaders to create and present executive reporting that helps business leaders comprehend revenue drivers, product adoption, expansion opportunities, and areas of churn risk.
• Over 8 years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance, Consulting, or similarly analytical fields, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business requirements.
