This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the team responsible for providing revenue leaders with insights into forecasts, financials, and performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure the Revenue Operations team is equipped to facilitate predictable revenue through actionable insights and consistent business reviews.
• Assist in establishing the strategic direction for the Revenue organization to enhance customer growth and sales efficiency.
• Initiate strategic discussions regarding pricing strategies, discount performance, and sales incentives to promote incremental revenue growth.
• Define and implement the GTM bowtie model across the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Sales and Post-Sales Operations to manage the GTM planning cycle.
• Evaluate forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability for the executive team.
• Work with Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales Ops to ensure smooth revenue transitions.
• Provide actionable insights on AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data leaders to create and present executive reporting that enables business leaders to comprehend revenue drivers.
• 8+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, Finance, Consulting, or other analytical fields, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and adjust to evolving business needs.
• Demonstrated success in working cross-functionally to meet revenue objectives.
