This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of Myriad360’s revenue enablement execution strategy throughout the entire revenue organization.
• Serve as a strategic execution partner, ensuring alignment, training, and resources across all functions within the revenue engine to foster growth.
• Convert go-to-market and leadership priorities into a comprehensive, cross-functional enablement roadmap.
• Develop scalable frameworks that facilitate consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Account teams.
• Design and manage ongoing learning programs that cover skills, solutions, messaging, and processes.
• Direct the strategy, structure, and governance of the Sales Hub and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for onboarding, training, and enablement effectiveness across all functions.
• Evaluate the impact on ramp time, productivity, pipeline contribution, and overall revenue performance.
• 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or roles related to go-to-market programs.
• A background in OEM, vendor, or solution provider ecosystems is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in creating cross-functional onboarding and training programs.
• Experience in providing support across multiple revenue functions including Sales, Marketing, and Technical/Engineering teams.
• Strong comprehension of B2B sales cycles, technical solution selling, and the dynamics of revenue teams.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content hubs, with a preference for Absorb or SharePoint.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving adoption and execution across diverse teams.
