Director, Revenue Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design, execution, and enhancement of enablement programs that align with organizational objectives and enhance team performance.

• Create and uphold scalable enablement processes to ensure uniformity and efficiency across various teams.

• Lead a team of enablement professionals based in the US, providing support for go-to-market and product enablement across the NORAM K12, Higher Ed, and Business & Government sectors.

• Promote the adoption of our customer journey methodology, WinningByDesign, by reinforcing essential concepts within product and professional development enablement programs. Collaborate directly with sales and CX leaders to make this methodology fundamental to coaching practices and a priority during leader and peer-led professional development activities.

• Assist in the implementation and adoption of current productivity tools (e.g., SalesForce.com, Clari, GainSight) and new go-to-market tools as needed.

• Work in partnership with global colleagues (enablement, revenue operations, sales/success leadership, product marketing, product specialists, and marketing) to determine project priorities, delivery methods, and scheduling of enablement initiatives.

• Aid in the maintenance, curation, and updating of playbooks, enablement program content, courses, and pathways.

• Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Revenue Enablement to ensure alignment between enablement strategy, Instructure OKRs, and consistency across our global enablement efforts.

• Leverage data-driven insights and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide strategic initiatives.

• Participate in the planning and execution of sales kickoff events to align teams on objectives, strategies, and product updates.

• Remain informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to continually refine enablement strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a revenue enablement role, demonstrating a successful history of building, scaling, and managing enablement programs and processes.

• Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

• Previous experience leading high-performing remote or hybrid teams, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and fostering team success.

• Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing roles.

• Experience with learning management systems and content creation tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, etc.

• Relevant experience in the EdTech market or as an educator or administrator in a K-12 or post-secondary institution.

• Analytical mindset with the capability to evaluate program impacts and optimize strategies accordingly.

• Excellent collaborator who can work effectively with virtual and global team members.

• Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
