This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Establish the revenue cycle strategy encompassing admissions, payer interactions, billing, and collections, emphasizing scalability, quality, and optimal client outcomes.
• Develop clear standards, controls, and success metrics that facilitate accurate revenue, adherence to payer guidelines, and consistent execution.
• Oversee payer contract operations, implement payer updates, and manage audit responses while minimizing risk and addressing root issues.
• Mentor and cultivate revenue cycle leaders, set explicit objectives, and foster team behaviors that promote growth and accountability.
• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategies for clients and senior management.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, technology, compliance, and client teams to synchronize revenue cycle initiatives with business objectives.
• Champion process enhancements, automation, and system modifications that decrease manual workloads, enhance cash flow, and streamline team efforts.
• Monitor receivables, aging, cash flow, payer trends, and regulatory changes to inform priorities and facilitate informed decision-making.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, healthcare administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in home infusion revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, financial operations, or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in leading large, complex teams or initiatives that serve multiple clients.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement processes, payer regulations, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in driving change, expanding teams, or executing substantial business strategies.
• Capability to influence across teams and articulate complex concepts in a straightforward, practical manner.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in utilizing data to inform strategies and decisions.
• Experience in leading other leaders and fostering high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Experience in home infusion revenue cycle management (preferred).
• Familiarity with payer contract evaluations, payer audits, benefit verifications, billing, collections, and reimbursement strategies (preferred).
• Background in collaborating with technology or product teams to enhance systems, reporting, automation, or workflow design (preferred).
• Experience in supporting new client onboarding, Ambulatory Infusion Center launches, or other growth initiatives (preferred).
