This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to create the annual sales plan.
• Convert ONNIT’s objectives into specific targets at the channel, customer, and product levels.
• Formulate long-term demand and revenue forecasts to assist in strategic planning.
• Manage the S&OP forecast process, focusing on cadence, accuracy tracking, and scenario modeling.
• Work alongside Demand Planning/Supply Chain to guarantee inventory availability and reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities in relation to the plan.
• Monitor performance against the plan at both the customer and product levels, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs that provide Sales leaders with actionable insights.
• Analyze trends to uncover growth opportunities or performance deficiencies.
• Assist in pricing and promotional strategies to alleviate channel conflicts while achieving top-line revenue and profitability goals, including but not limited to PPA, display and merchandising strategy, and SKU rationalization.
• Collaborate with internal teams in developing innovations and contribute to the commercialization process by assessing potential market size and working with finance to define the costing model.
• Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance mix, margin, and customer profitability.
• Implement shopper marketing initiatives at key retail partners.
• Serve as the link between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Convert strategy into clear, actionable plans for field teams.
• Ensure consistent communication regarding goals, expectations, and performance.
• Lead analysis and provide insights from customer-specific and syndicated data.
• Spearhead the development of selling narratives on innovations for customers.
• Construct models to aid in scenario planning, pricing decisions, and resource allocation.
• Deliver insights that inform commercial strategy and investment decisions.
• Over 10 years of experience in CPG Sales with leadership experience and a proven history of success in sales planning, customer development, category management, and trade planning.
• An inclusive leader with strong communication skills, a passion for team development, and comfort in both giving and receiving actionable feedback.
• Ability to influence across functions and develop capabilities for the entire organization, coupled with a passion for problem-solving, collaboration, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to achieving results.
• Proven ability to engage with all levels of leadership and functions across key customers to foster best-in-class partnerships.
