Director, Retail Learning – Selling Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Drive the enterprise strategy for retail education, sales, and service enablement across Saks Fifth Avenue and Neiman Marcus locations

• Manage a team of professionals focused on learning and enablement

• Design and supervise the implementation of a unified selling and service framework

• Lead impactful service initiatives

• Oversee the creation, execution, and ongoing enhancement of retail onboarding programs

• Collaborate with senior retail executives, field operations, and corporate stakeholders

• Manage store-specific leadership development program cohorts

• Work alongside enterprise learning and coaching partners

• Oversee external vendors, budgets, and educational resources

• Act as a prominent advocate for learning and service excellence

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline

• Over 8 years of experience in retail learning, talent development, or service and sales enablement in a luxury or high-performance retail setting

• More than 8 years of progressive experience in people leadership

• Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale retail learning and enablement initiatives

• Proficient in developing and facilitating programs focused on leadership, sales, and service

• Extensive knowledge of retail operations and client experience strategies

• Established ability to collaborate with senior retail and corporate leadership

• Experience in managing external vendors, budgets, and resources

• Outstanding facilitation, communication, and storytelling abilities
