Director, Research – Learning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement All In’s research strategy.

• This encompasses research commissioned and supported by All In, collaborations with various institutions, and assistance for the research and data requirements of All In’s partners.

• The Director will keep updated on advancements in climate and clean energy to recognize research gaps and opportunities, as well as the roles that All In and its partners can undertake to address them.

• The Director will also establish an information hub to consolidate research and related information for the benefit of All In and its partners.

• Foster a culture of learning within All In.

• Oversee consultants, vendors, and their teams, while collaborating with partners on co-branded products, engagement, and research program design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience with a background in academic and/or applied research related to climate and clean energy policy.

• A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Professional experience in climate, energy, or policy analysis.

• Proven experience managing intricate, multi-stakeholder research projects.

• Familiarity with market and industry data and analyses.

• Documented experience in navigating complex partnerships, promoting collaboration, building consensus across diverse viewpoints, and driving action.

• Experience working with stakeholders involved in public policy, advocacy, or the private sector is highly preferred.

• A strong commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Exceptional capability to analyze information, devise plans, and adjust tactics as conditions evolve.

• Familiarity with international research reports and forums (such as UNFCCC) is preferred.

• A readiness to adapt in a start-up environment with a small team.
